In Yekaterinburg, expanding foam fell onto parked cars near a construction site.

      Owners of cars parked by the Siberian Garden residential complex on Sibirsky Trakt discovered that their vehicles had been covered in drops of expanding foam.

      “In just half an hour of parking our car and seven other cars were turned into junk. The car was pelted; the expanding foam doesn’t come off at a car wash, only with a solvent that strips the clear coat and paint, so now a full repaint of the car is needed,” a Yekaterinburg resident complained to the E1.RU portal.

      The residential complex is being built by the company Strana Development.

      “The contractor carrying out the thermal insulation work on the composite façade system is in contact with the owners of the cars that were hit by the expanding foam. The issue has already been resolved,” the company said.

      Earlier in Yekaterinburg a man dented someone else’s car for a video.
