A religious procession will pass through Yekaterinburg on National Unity Day.

      A cross procession in honor of the Feast of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God will take place in Yekaterinburg on National Unity Day, November 4, the mayor’s office said. Traffic in central Yekaterinburg will be temporarily restricted.

      The procession will go from the Holy Trinity Cathedral (57a Rosa Luxemburg Street) to the Church on the Blood (10 Tsarskaya Street).

      Traffic will be intermittently closed between 11:30 and 12:30 on the following sections:

      — Rosa Luxemburg Street (from the Holy Trinity Cathedral to Kuibysheva Street);

      — Kuibysheva Street (from Rosa Luxemburg to Gogol Street);

      — Gogol Street (from Kuibysheva to Malysheva Street);

      — Pushkin Street (from Malysheva to Lenin Avenue);

      — Lenin Avenue (from Pushkin to Tolmachev Street);

      — Tolmachev Street (from Lenin Avenue to Pervomayskaya Street);

      — Tsarskaya Street (from Pervomayskaya to the Church on the Blood).

      Public order and traffic safety along the procession route will be ensured, the city administration’s press service said.
