The Yekaterinburg mayor’s office has decided to protect the pedestrian underpass across Khalturina Street toward Gotvalda from vandals. The administration posted the contract on Goszakupki. Whoever covers the walls with protective panels will be paid 3.27 million rubles.
By December 26, 2025 the contractor must remove and take away the structures hanging on the walls and weld protective decorative black panels in their place. To prevent it from looking gloomy, they will be decorated with LED lighting. At the same time, the panels themselves should not be completely black, writes E1.RU.
The tender documentation also includes an example of what they want to see on the underpass walls.
