In Yekaterinburg, organizations where women provided intimate services were shut down.
Yekaterinburg police have shut down the operations of two clandestine intimate salons. A criminal case has been opened on the charge of organizing prostitution.
Officers from the city UMVD’s criminal investigation unit, supported by SOBR units of the National Guard (Rosgvardiya), carried out operational actions at two massage salons located in basement premises on Dekabristov and Khokhryakov streets.
The check was prompted by information that these establishments were providing paid intimate services to clients. During a controlled purchase, the information was confirmed.
During searches at the specified addresses, police seized cash, documents and mobile phones. Chats found on the devices contained messages openly offering sexual services and indicating their price.
According to preliminary data, the same person may be involved in organizing the illegal activities of both salons. The police are now determining his role and collecting evidence.
On the basis of the violations discovered, UMVD investigators have opened a criminal case under the article “Organization of prostitution.”
