Pupils of a balalaika teacher from Yekaterinburg complained that the instructor had been strangling them. Parents went to the police, and the case files have already been handed over to the Investigative Committee.
The leader of the children's ensemble "Oberton," 33-year-old Artyom Vaganov, during lessons at his home, allegedly, supposedly to check breathing, would lay his pupils on a bed and put a bag over their heads. After the information appeared in the media, Vaganov resigned from the children's ensemble "Oberton" at School No. 17 after the police opened an investigation.
The press service of the Investigative Committee declined to comment.
