In Krasnoufimsk, the Duma speaker Anatoly Khudyakov was forced to resign; in March he was physically restrained during a meeting. The reason was violations of anti-corruption legislation, the press service of the Sverdlovsk prosecutor’s office reports.
The investigation found that Khudyakov, while holding an unpaid position, was an individual entrepreneur and agreed with the city administration on the project, the cost of installing bus stop complexes, as well as their number and delivery deadlines. The speaker took part in votes to allocate budget funds for the installation of these complexes in September 2024 and February 2025. The total amount allocated was 4.5 million rubles.
In 2024 and 2025 a municipal state institution concluded contracts with Khudyakov for the supply of bus stop complexes. Tender procedures were not carried out; the procurements were artificially split. The prosecutor’s office issued a notice to eliminate the identified violations. As a result, contracts were concluded with entrepreneurs who were also connected to the Duma chairman. Thus, he received budget funds for the bus stop complexes through persons controlled by him, writes EAN.
Earlier, the former mayor of Krasnoufimsk, Mikhail Konev, was detained on charges of exceeding his authority.
