Sverdlovsk residents have been told which destinations they can now fly to at subsidized prices.

In 2026, subsidized-fare flights are planned to be launched from Yekaterinburg to a number of Russian cities. This was stated by the Governor of Sverdlovsk Oblast, Denis Pasler. The regional budget has allocated 250 million rubles for these purposes.

Thanks to the program, residents of the Urals will be able to purchase tickets at reduced prices for routes to Abakan, Astrakhan, Barnaul, Gorno-Altaysk, Kemerovo, Makhachkala, Murmansk, Nizhny Novgorod, Novokuznetsk, Omsk, Orenburg, Saratov and Tomsk.

As Denis Pasler emphasized, Sverdlovsk Oblast has stable business relations with many of the country’s federal subjects, and the region itself remains an attractive destination for tourists from across Russia.
