      The convict attempted to hide on the balcony of one of the buildings but was detained and taken to the temporary detention facility (IVS) of the Alapaevsky police department.

      Earlier, operatives of the FSIN’s operational department had detained a second suspect in the same criminal case, who had also been declared wanted at the federal level.
