      The EAN publication reports that in mid-November 2025 it became known that additional funds would be allocated from the Sverdlovsk Region budget for the construction of the overpass. The original estimate was 6.3 billion rubles; by early 2025 it had reached 8.3 billion, and in the autumn it increased to 8.85 billion. Later Yekaterinburg Mayor Alexey Orlov said that the cost of reconstructing the transport interchange at the "Kalina" concern had risen to 9 billion rubles.

      Earlier we reported that the interchange at "Kalina" is planned to be completed next year. Yekaterinburg Mayor Alexey Orlov said on E1.RU that the new completion date for the facility is the end of 2026. The contractor will not be changed despite the criminal case. It was also reported that the administration extended the contract until autumn 2027. The completion dates have been postponed several times — the interchange was originally planned to open for Yekaterinburg’s 300th anniversary in 2023.
