In Kushva, some residents were left without heating and hot water during a bitter minus-30°C cold snap, local media outlet "Kushvinskaya Pravda" reports.

      — According to the management of MUP "Teplodom", repair work is expected to be completed by the end of today. After the repairs are finished, both boiler houses will be returned to normal operation and will begin operating according to the established temperature schedule, wrote Mikhail Slepukhin, head of the Kushva municipal district.

According to the media, in the area where Uralskaya, Sadovaya and Rabochaya streets intersect, the heating situation is dire. Temperatures in the apartments do not exceed +10°C. At first, residents tried to warm themselves with electric heaters, but the old wiring in the buildings cannot handle the increased load.
