      Mayor Alexey Orlov signed a decree to hold an auction for the right to conclude a contract for the comprehensive development of residential territories (KRT) within the boundaries of Selkorovskaya Street — Musorgskogo Street — Gazorezchikov Street — Obkhodny Lane — Okruzhnaya Street. The corresponding document was published on the city’s official portal.

      The block contains 14 residential buildings built between 1957 and 1989. Thirteen of them are to be demolished. House No. 64a on Selkorovskaya will remain. The starting price of the lot is over 693,000 rubles, with a bid increment of 34,652 rubles.

      In addition to housing, the block is planned to include a kindergarten and a sports facility. The investor will prepare the design and estimate documentation for the capital renovation of School No. 21.

      It was previously reported that the site will be landscaped: arrangement of roads, pedestrian crossings, boulevards, cycle paths and bicycle infrastructure facilities, installation of small architectural forms and greening.
