The complete list of areas of activity where migrants can no longer work in the Sverdlovsk region has been published.
The Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, Denis Pasler, signed a decree that introduces a ban on the employment of foreign citizens under patents in 20 areas of activity.
As reported by the region's information policy department, the document was prepared based on years of analysis of the labor market situation and recommendations from law enforcement agencies.
The ban does not apply to foreigners who have work permits, residence permits, or temporary residence, as well as citizens of the Eurasian Economic Union countries.
The list of professions is published by the portal 66.RU:
- Production of baby food and dietary food products;
- Wholesale and retail trade of motor vehicles and motorcycles and their repair;
- Courier activities;
- Activities for providing short-term accommodation;
- Activities for providing financial services, except for insurance and pension services;
- Insurance, reinsurance, activities of non-state pension funds, except for mandatory social security;
- Auxiliary activities in the field of financial services and insurance;
- Activities in the field of law and accounting;
- Activities for written and oral translation;
- Veterinary activities;
- Activities for employment and personnel selection;
- Activities of security services, including private ones;
- Education;
- Creative activities, activities in the field of art and entertainment organization;
- Activities for organizing and conducting gambling and betting, for organizing and conducting lotteries;
- Activities in the field of sports, recreation, and entertainment;
- Repair of computers, personal items, and household goods;
- Activities for providing other personal services;
- Activities of households with hired workers;
- Non-differentiated activities of private households for the production of goods and provision of services for their own consumption.
