March 22, 2026
Signs of violations of land legislation were discovered by inspectors on a plot of land owned by a Sverdlovsk farmer.
This concerns agricultural land with a total area of 263.3 hectares, located in the Nizhny Tagil district. The owner of the land plot is the head of a peasant (farm) economy.
During the inspection conducted by specialists from the Ural Interregional Office of Rosselkhoznadzor, non-selective removal of the fertile soil layer was detected on part of the plot (9995 sq. m) during earthworks, mixing the upper layer with the lower genetic soils.
The control and supervisory measure for compliance with mandatory requirements regarding the land plot took place on March 18 and was conducted without interaction with the controlled person.
Laboratory studies confirmed a significant decrease in soil fertility, specifically a decrease in acidity by 18.5% and alkalinity by 34.2%.
In connection with the identified violations, a directive was issued to the owner of the land plot to eliminate the identified violations of the requirements of land legislation of the Russian Federation.
