A Yekaterinburg resident survived after falling from the 7th floor while washing windows.
In Yekaterinburg, doctors at City Hospital No. 36 "Traumatological" saved a 36-year-old woman who fell from the seventh floor while washing windows. In serious condition with multiple injuries, she was taken to the hospital, where the medical team managed to save her life and mobility.
The woman was diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury, spinal damage, fractures of the pelvis and leg, as well as injuries to the chest and lungs. Doctors urgently brought her out of shock, stopped the bleeding, and performed a complex operation.
After that, the woman was in intensive care on a ventilator, and then underwent another procedure. Thanks to step-by-step treatment and early rehabilitation, she began to move again. A month later, the patient was discharged, and she is currently undergoing recovery.
