The court accepted the claim for consideration and also granted the prosecutor's petition for protective measures concerning the land plot with the cadastral number 66:41:0307044:192 (the "Komatek" piers at 40 Kirova Street), writes "MK-Ural."
In particular, MUGISO is prohibited from carrying out any transactions and any work on this land plot (related to construction, reconstruction, reorganization, repair, or the erection of any objects), and the Rosreestr Administration is prohibited from carrying out state registration of the transfer of rights to this land.
The first hearing on the claim in the Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk region is scheduled for April 20.
