From there, a team from the disaster medicine center transported the injured girl to Yekaterinburg's 9th hospital. The child was diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury and closed chest trauma with lung and liver damage, the regional Ministry of Health's press service reports. For two and a half weeks, doctors fought for the child's life. Liana underwent two surgeries. In the end, the girl was saved.
— For a full recovery of cognitive and motor skills, doctors began the first stage of rehabilitation in the anesthesiology and intensive care unit, and then continued recovery in a special department.
