Dog owners sided with the dog trainer who attacked the administrator of the Tagil veterinary clinic.
Dog trainer Natalia Buzina, previously fined for attacking the administrator of the veterinary clinic "Three Cats" in Nizhny Tagil, has filed a complaint with the police due to threats that have been directed at her following the incident. This became known during a court hearing, reports the portal v-tagile.ru.
The severe psycho-emotional state of the defendant, developed due to harassment on social media, became the main argument of the defense, writes v-tagile.ru. "I ask the court to take all these points into account and impose the minimum punishment," said Buzina's lawyer.
As previously reported, Natalia Buzina is a dog trainer and the head of a canine center. She admitted guilt in inflicting bodily harm but emphasized that she was provoked by the administrator's words.
According to the dog trainer, the administrator gave a recommendation to her acquaintance over the phone, suggesting to administer the medication orally, but oral administration can cause gastric bleeding in animals, the defendant reported.
"I explained to her three times that without a medical veterinary education, you do not have the right to give consultations of this kind. ... You have already had so many deaths, to which she replied: 'So what?'. After that, a conflict occurred," Natalia Buzina told the court.
The victim, veterinary clinic administrator Alena, was not present at the court hearing. However, a group of pet owners, who consider themselves victims of the actions of the veterinary clinic staff where the victim works, came to support Buzina in court, the publication reports. They are preparing collective appeals to the veterinary clinic to the police and the prosecutor's office, reports the Tagil company "Telekon."
It was previously reported that the magistrate's court fined Buzina under Article 6.1.1 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (infliction of bodily harm or commission of other violent actions causing physical pain, but not resulting in the consequences specified in Article 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) in the amount of 15,000 rubles.
