      Officials want to increase the number of speed limit zones for individual mobility devices to 15 kilometers per hour by including the following areas in the list:

      Also, the speed will be limited to 10 kilometers per hour in two more areas:

      

       Preobrazhensky Park (except for the area of complete prohibition of individual mobility devices);

       Alley on Posadskaya Street from Yasnaya to Belorechenskaya.

      

      Moreover, it will also be prohibited to leave scooters in the following areas:

      

       on the even side of Mamina-Sibiryaka from Engels to Karl Marx;

       on Vainera from Lenin Avenue to Anton Valek;

       on Marshal Zhukov from Lenin Avenue to Anton Valek.

      

      Furthermore, the total number of rental scooters is planned to be reduced from 16,500 to 15,000 — by 5,000 for each city operator.

      Additionally, the new restrictions should prohibit the placement of individual mobility devices closer than 50 meters from schools, kindergartens, and hospitals, establish a maximum speed limit, and create zones with reduced speed.
