A new free relaxation space opened in Yekaterinburg on May 1.

      A new space for relaxation by the water is opening in Yekaterinburg - starting May 1, "Wind Territory" will begin operations in technical mode on the shore of the Verkh-Isetsky Pond at the address Kontrolerov, 17a. The area will be accessible daily in good weather, and entry for all guests will remain free.

      The new urban park was created thanks to the enthusiasm of kite surfers, who chose this area during the winter. Now, visitors can not only watch their impressive training sessions but also try kite surfing under the guidance of an instructor. For beginners, a calmer alternative is available - controlling a stunt kite right on the shore.

      Guests can take advantage of volleyball courts with white sand, an outdoor workout zone, play table tennis or teqball. Sports equipment rental is available - from stand-up paddleboards to yoga gear and ball games. The area is equipped with changing rooms, showers, lockers, and a viewing platform, while snacks can be enjoyed from a food truck.

      In the near future, the infrastructure will become even richer: catamarans, sun loungers, and beach accessories will appear, a café will open in a warm pavilion, and a children's playground will be established. In the future, the location will even be accessible by water - via a river tram.

      The official opening with a large-scale program of events is scheduled for the summer.
