Media: Former head of the Sverdlovsk Federal Tax Service detained after fleeing abroad
The former head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Sverdlovsk region, Sergey Loginov, who had fled abroad to avoid investigation, has reportedly been detained in Dubai.
According to a source who spoke to the E1.RU portal, Loginov was arrested purely by chance. The police were called to a restaurant allegedly due to a disturbance he caused there.
"He was brought to the precinct, they started checking and found out that he was on the international wanted list," the source told E1.RU.
Information about the arrest quickly spread within the Russian community in Dubai.
However, according to another source from E1.RU, Loginov continues to live peacefully in Montenegro, and someone else was detained in Dubai, as reported by v-tagile.ru.

He is wanted on charges of receiving a bribe.
