Researcher of repressions in the Urals Oleg Novoselov* (*included in the register of terrorists and extremists by Rosfinmonitoring) has been taken into custody by court decision, reports "Ъ-Ural".
He is charged under part 1.1 of article 205.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement or recruitment to assist terrorist activities), the press service of the Sverdlovsk region courts informed "Ъ-Ural".
The Verkh-Isetsky District Court of Yekaterinburg has sent Novoselov* to pre-trial detention until June 22.
