The incident occurred on July 10, 2025. The Yekaterinburg woman submitted an application to participate in the game for a group of eight people. During one of the game scenes, the woman landed awkwardly and felt a sharp pain in her leg. After that, she required several surgeries and long-term treatment, which is still ongoing.
The injured party went to court demanding compensation for material damage, moral harm, legal fees, and a fine for refusing to voluntarily settle the dispute with the game organizer.
The court ordered individual entrepreneur Osipyan S.D. to pay 49,010 rubles for material damage, 500,000 rubles for moral harm, and 60,000 rubles for legal expenses. The court denied the request for a fine.
