      The municipal enterprise "Gortrans" will complete the repair of the tram tracks at the intersection of Vladimir Vysotsky and Syromolotov streets ahead of schedule. The work is planned to be finished by the morning of May 18, so that residents of the ZBI microdistrict can get to work without problems on Monday.

      Due to the repairs, tram traffic on the section of Vladimir Vysotsky Street from the "Ural Federal University" stop to the terminal station "40 Years of VLKSM" will be closed from midnight on May 16 until 05:00 on May 18. The restrictions will affect routes No. 8, 12, 13, 15, and 23 in both directions.

      During the work, trams will follow modified routes. Thus, route No. 8 will be redirected via Cosmonauts Avenue, Lunacharsky, and Blukher to the Shartash station. Tram No. 12 will operate on a circular route through the city center, UrFU, and the Central Park of Culture and Leisure. Changes will also affect routes No. 13, 15, and 23.

      In addition, vehicle movement will be temporarily restricted at the intersection of Vladimir Vysotsky and Syromolotov streets. Traffic will only be allowed in one lane.

      The municipal enterprise "Gortrans" noted that the early completion of the repairs will minimize inconveniences for passengers and motorists.
