The former head of the Sverdlovsk colony passed away at the age of 48 (PHOTO)
Veteran of the penal enforcement system of the Russian Federation, retired lieutenant colonel of internal service Dmitry Andreevich Nashchinsky passed away suddenly on May 15 at the age of 49, reports the press service of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Sverdlovsk region.
Dmitry Andreevich Nashchinsky began his service in the penal enforcement system of the Sverdlovsk region in May 2010 as an inspector in the security department of the Kamensk IK-47. In August 2017, he held the position of deputy head of the correctional colony-settlement No. 45.
Dmitry Nashchinsky retired in July 2021 as the head of IK-52 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Sverdlovsk region (a strict regime correctional colony in the village of Vostochny in the Kamyshlovsky district of the Sverdlovsk region, which was officially closed and liquidated in 2024 - note from Uralweb.ru), after which he moved to the Leningrad region.
Farewell to the deceased will take place on May 20 in Shlisselburg.
Before joining the penal enforcement system, Dmitry Andreevich served in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Sverdlovsk region, as well as in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Sverdlovsk region.
The management, employees, and veterans of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Sverdlovsk region express their sincere condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
