The authorities of Yekaterinburg have simplified the procedure for obtaining assistance for citizens who have suffered, partially or completely lost their homes as a result of an emergency situation. The corresponding decree has been published on the official website of the city administration.
According to the document, it has become easier to prove one's residence in the affected house. In addition to registration at the place of residence or stay, residents can provide a rental agreement or social housing contract, a certificate from their place of work, study, or medical organization, or an extract from the house book, writes "KP-Yekaterinburg."
Furthermore, there is now the possibility to present other documents confirming the provision of medical, educational, social, or postal services, which will allow establishing the fact of a citizen's residence in the house.
