The restaurant in the Sverdlovsk region was closed for gross sanitary violations.
In Kamensk-Uralsky, the restaurant "Sakvareli" has had its operations suspended for 60 days. This decision was made by the court following an inspection, during which numerous violations of sanitary standards were identified in the establishment.
According to the bailiff service, the restaurant lacked procedures to ensure food safety. Inspectors also found that the layout of the premises was violated: the flows of raw materials and finished dishes crossed, creating a risk of product contamination.
Additionally, some products were received without accompanying documents, and their storage conditions did not meet requirements. Instead of professional disinfectants, household dishwashing liquid was used in the establishment. Specialists also identified the absence of labeling and necessary documentation for the products.
Among other violations were interruptions in water supply on the second floor, the use of unprocessed eggs, and the storage of products in a dirty, unfinished basement.
According to supervisory authorities, the identified violations could pose a threat of infectious and non-infectious diseases among visitors and staff of the restaurant. The restaurant's doors and equipment were sealed, and the establishment's activities were officially suspended for 60 days.
