The Kirov District Court of Yekaterinburg has remanded former Rosgvardiya employee Alexander B. in custody, accused of intentionally causing serious harm to health, resulting in a person's death. This was reported by the court's press service.
According to the investigation, the incident occurred in an apartment on Lilac Boulevard. Investigators believe that during the conflict, the accused inflicted a stab wound to the victim's chest area. As a result, the heart and other internal organs were damaged.
The victim was taken to the hospital, but it was not possible to save him—he died from his injuries.
The court granted the prosecution's request for a preventive measure in the form of detention. Bykov will remain in custody until July 30, 2026, inclusive.
