      The Kamensky District Court sentenced the former chief accountant of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Heat and Water Supply of the Kamensky Urban District," Tatyana Klyueva. The woman was found guilty of embezzlement and misappropriation of the company's funds.

      As established by the court, from September 2021 to July 2022, Klyueva, holding the positions of senior and chief accountant of the municipal enterprise, had access to the organization's bank accounts and carried out accounting operations. According to the prosecutor's office, she transferred the company's money to her own bank account, using remote access and citing fictitious grounds for the transfers.

      As a result of the accountant's actions, the municipal enterprise suffered damages amounting to over 1.5 million rubles.

      The court sentenced Tatyana Klyueva to four years of conditional imprisonment with a probation period of four years.

      In addition, the prosecutor's claim for compensation for the damages was granted. Over 1.5 million rubles were recovered from the convicted individual in favor of the enterprise.
