— The age of 14 is not just arbitrary. By this age, a child generally reaches a certain psychological and physical stability. Most likely, a 12-year-old child is not very interesting to an employer because they are simply still too young, Tatyana Titova noted on air at OTV.
The children's ombudsman added that special conditions provided for in the labor code are also necessary for 14-year-olds. And for 12-year-old children, it will be even more complicated, writes the publication "KP-Ekaterinburg."
