The mayonnaise producer "EЖK" has found a new owner after nationalization.
The founder of the Yekaterinburg "Fat Plant," which was previously nationalized, is a structure of Rosselkhozbank, reports 66.RU. According to "Kontur.Fokus," the founder of the enterprise is the joint-stock company "Etalon," writes 66.RU. The management of the joint-stock company, in turn, is handled by "RSHB-Finance."
Previously, the mayonnaise producer EJK was part of the agricultural holding "Rusagro," whose owner Vadim Moshkovich, according to the Prosecutor General's Office, violated anti-corruption legislation. Based on this, the shares of "Rusagro" came under state control.
Earlier in January, it was reported that the sole shareholder of the nationalized "Smak" plant in Yekaterinburg in 2024 also became one of the subdivisions of Rosselkhozbank, namely the closed-end mutual investment fund (CEMIF) "RSHB AgroM." Previously, the enterprise producing bakery products belonged to the family of businessman Alexander Aristov and the family and entourage of former Chelyabinsk region governor Mikhail Yurevich.
