The family of the owner of the Yekaterinburg Fat Plant (ЕЖК) had their shares, land, and money nationalized
On June 6, 2026, the shares of the company, land, and money from the accounts of Vadim Moshkovich, the founder of the agricultural holding "Rusagro," who owned the Yekaterinburg Fat Plant (ЕЖК), were nationalized. The Federal Bailiff Service reported the execution of the decision of the Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow.
Representatives of the Federal Property Management Agency accepted 627 million shares of the company into the ownership of the Russian Federation. In addition, more than 24 million shares of JSC "Etalon," stakes in several group structures, a number of land plots, and the defendants' monetary funds amounting to over 16 billion rubles were transferred.
The decision was made as part of a lawsuit by the Prosecutor General's Office against the founder of "Rusagro," Vadim Moshkovich, his wife Natalia Bykovskaya, former CEO of the holding Maxim Basov, top manager Sergey Tribunsky, and other defendants. In May, the court satisfied the agency's claims and ruled to transfer the controlling stake of the agricultural holding to the state. The court decided not to seize part of the Moshkovich family's property. Thus, the businessman's wife retained ownership of an apartment in Moscow's Khamovniki and a residential house in the suburban village of Tagankovo.
Recall that in March of last year, the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow arrested Vadim Moshkovich, the founder of the Russian agricultural holding "Rusagro." He was charged with large-scale fraud, intentional bankruptcy, money laundering, and bribery, reports the publication EAN.
