The Vice Mayor explained that the city's transport system must change along with the changes in passenger flows. If previously residents of sleeping areas often traveled to work in the center and to large enterprises, now there is an increasing need to organize a convenient exit from the city center.
As Tolkachev noted, the discussion of the new route scheme is not going smoothly: specialists are actively debating individual decisions, but the final version of the project has not yet been approved.
