The Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region lifted the ban on the operation and development of the "Shartash Beach" complex in Yekaterinburg, as reported in the case materials. The court granted the petition of Baden Family founder Yevgeny Kononov and canceled the interim measures. They had been in effect for almost three years, the EAN publication specifies. According to the court's ruling, the ban on the following is no longer in effect:
- operation of the pool complex;
- conducting construction and reconstruction works;
- state registration of the transfer of rights to the land plots on Otdyha Street, where the facility is located.
The decision was made after the Sverdlovsk Region Prosecutor's Office lost another court dispute regarding "Shartash Beach." The appellate instance refused to recognize the structures as unauthorized and to demolish the facilities located on two land plots near Lake Shartash. Earlier, we reported that a thermal "resort" from Baden Family would appear on the shore of the Verkh-Isetsky Pond in Yekaterinburg.
