The Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region has initiated bankruptcy proceedings (supervision) regarding OJSC "Yegorshinsky Radio Plant." The court has deemed the application of JSC "Energosbyt Plus" for the bankruptcy of the enterprise to be justified.
According to the court's ruling, the supervision procedure has been introduced for a period of four months - until October 4, 2026. The plant's debt to the energy suppliers amounts to 19.06 million rubles. The court's ruling notes that the debt has been confirmed by a number of legally binding court decisions regarding the collection of payments for electricity. At the time of the case review, the enterprise had not fulfilled these obligations, indicating signs of bankruptcy, reports the EAN publication.
