Police are establishing all the circumstances of the tragedy, interviewing witnesses, and conducting an investigation.
The State Traffic Inspectorate reminded parents of the inadmissibility of young children being on the roadway without adult supervision. Drivers were also urged to be extremely attentive, adhere to speed limits, and reduce speed in residential areas and near pedestrian crossings.
