Subsequently, the discharge volume is planned to be increased by 2 cubic meters per second every two hours until 20:00.

On Sunday, July 19, at 10:00, a warning siren will sound again in Verkh-Neyvinsky. After that, throughout the day, the water discharge volume will also be increased in stages.
According to Vyacheslav Tyumentsev, control points have been established along the discharge channel, and the administration of the Verkh-Neyvinsky urban district is conducting door-to-door visits to residents whose homes are in the potential flooding zone. All services are ready to organize the evacuation of the population if necessary.
Residents in the potential flooding area are advised to leave the dangerous territory in advance, take their documents and most valuable belongings with them, and not to stay overnight in collective gardens No. 4 and No. 5.
