The project director of "Forum Park," Pavel Kazantsev, reported that the developer Forum will invest about 300 million rubles in the reconstruction of the green area near the "Raduga Park" shopping center.
The total area of improvement, taking into account the new residential complex that will be located between Zoological and Volgogradskaya streets, will be 15 hectares. About 300 new trees and more than a thousand shrubs will be planted here.
The park will also feature new zones: modern playgrounds for different ages, quiet relaxation areas, walking paths, benches, gazebos, as well as areas for an active lifestyle - courts and a workout area, writes Ura.Ru.
In addition, a new building for Gymnasium No. 116 will be constructed near the park, along with a landscaped adjacent area: a school stadium, activity areas, safe pedestrian routes, and green spaces for socializing and relaxation. A walking alley will be created from the gymnasium to Volgogradskaya street. The company's plans also include the improvement of Zoological street and the construction of a new urban artery that will connect Volgogradskaya and Zoological streets.
