The second airline has started operating flights from Yekaterinburg to Abkhazia.

      Another airline has started operating direct flights from Koltsovo to Sukhum, the press service of the Yekaterinburg airport reported.

      On July 19, the first flight from Yekaterinburg to Abkhazia was operated by Nordwind Airlines on a Boeing 737.

      The airline, based at Sheremetyevo Airport in Moscow, will operate flights between Yekaterinburg and Sukhum in conjunction with the airline "Ikar" twice a week: on the route "Koltsovo - Sukhum" on Wednesdays and Sundays, and in the opposite direction on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

      The travel time will be 3 hours and 45 minutes.

      Earlier, on July 1, direct flights to Abkhazia were started by Ural Airlines - the main carrier of Koltsovo International Airport. It flies to Sukhum on Wednesdays and Sundays.
