The water level in the Black River has not yet decreased.
The water in the Black River "decreased" two years ago! After they let the water out for some reason at the Sysert Reservoir! Allegedly to repair the dam, or, more likely, for the needs of the recently built aquacomplex "Baden-Baden." And since then, the water in the river has noticeably decreased. If before the water was almost right by the road and the walkways went straight into the water, now all the walkways are on dry land and all the banks are overgrown with grass. In some places, before the rains, you could jump from bank to bank.
