      Life for the residents of the house on Chelyabinsk Street in Kamensk-Uralsky turned into a torment due to the 24-hour store "Fasol," which sells, among other things, alcoholic beverages. Store visitors, most often inebriated citizens, would engage in fights, shouting, and foul language every night under their windows. Additionally, according to the residents, they turned the courtyard of their building into a public toilet.

      Since 2019, residents have written complaints to all authorities, asking to stop nighttime trading, but the store continued to operate around the clock. When patience ran out, one of the couples turned to the Krasnogorsk District Court.

      The owner of the store, an individual entrepreneur, did not acknowledge the claim. However, the judge found the plaintiffs' arguments convincing and partially satisfied their demands. In particular, the operation of the "Fasol" store is now prohibited on weekdays from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and on weekends and holidays from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

      Furthermore, the businessman was ordered to pay each plaintiff compensation for moral damages of 70,000 rubles.

      The decision has not yet come into legal force, and the entrepreneur has one month to appeal.
