— Due to the identified violations, based on the resolutions of the environmental prosecutor's office, the company and its official were held administratively liable under the article "Failure to comply with the requirements for equipping stationary sources of pollutant emissions with automatic control systems," with fines totaling 120,000 rubles, the agency noted.
