The debtor for alimony himself invited the bailiff over, mistaking him for a new acquaintance.
In Yekaterinburg, bailiffs found a man who owed nearly 900 thousand rubles in alimony, thanks to a phone call. The debtor mistook the service employee for a new acquaintance, told her where he was, and invited her over.
As reported by the Federal Bailiff Service for the Sverdlovsk region, the enforcement proceedings were handled by the Kirov district department of bailiffs. The man had long evaded paying alimony, was officially unemployed, abused alcohol, and did not participate in the support of his child. During this time, his debt approached 900 thousand rubles.
During the search activities, the bailiff contacted the debtor by phone. However, the man thought he was talking to a woman named Marina. He willingly continued the conversation, invited the interlocutor to his place, explained in detail how to find him, and even asked her to come without makeup, noting that he liked natural beauty.
At the appointed place, guests did arrive, but instead of a new acquaintance, the man was met by bailiffs. The non-payer was taken to the service department, where an administrative protocol was drawn up for non-payment of child support. Later, the court imposed a punishment of 10 days of administrative arrest.
