The head of the Ural capital avoided answering the question from journalists about whether he regrets moving the celebration of City Day in Yekaterinburg.
“Well, what can I say, it was the decision of the deputies, not just mine. We simply proposed it. Everyone agreed with these arguments, and the decision was made,” Alexey Orlov replied to the question from 66.RU about whether he regrets moving the main city holiday.
“We expected that the weather would be more predictable in early August. This year, there has been an anomalous amount of precipitation. I hope that in the coming years everything will be fine,” he explained.
