A criminal case has been initiated under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Hooliganism."
"Considering the established circumstances, the investigation of the Investigative Committee of Russia will soon apply to the court for a measure of restraint in the form of detention for the detainee," the agency's message states.
As Valery Gorelykh, head of the press service of the Sverdlovsk police department, told the E1.RU portal, the detainee is a 37-year-old local resident named Anton, nicknamed Cherkas.
