In June of this year, the norm was exceeded three times: 198 millimeters fell instead of 72 millimeters. July and August showed 176 millimeters and 132 millimeters respectively (with norms of 93 and 75 millimeters).

      Meteorologist Alexey Pulin added that such figures have been recorded in the region for the first time in the last 89 years. Nevertheless, the anti-record could still be broken in the remaining days. Rain is expected again this week.
