The man did not timely inform the military enlistment office about the birth of his daughter and the registration of his marriage.
His daughter was born in September 2025, and in March 2026 he officially registered his marriage. According to the law, it is necessary to inform the military commissariat about a change in marital status within two weeks. However, the man did not do this.
In April 2026, the military commissar of the Talitsky and Tugulymsky districts drew up a protocol against the Sverdlovsk resident. Following the consideration of the case, he was fined 5,000 rubles.
The man attempted to challenge the punishment in court. The Talitsky District Court upheld the military commissar's ruling. After that, the Sverdlovsk resident filed a complaint with the Sverdlovsk Regional Court, demanding the annulment of the decisions and the termination of the proceedings.
The regional court reviewed the materials and found no grounds for overturning the ruling. As a result, the fine of 5,000 rubles remained in effect.
