Details have emerged about the murder of two mothers of many children in the Sverdlovsk region.
In Tavda, the investigation into the murder of 42-year-old Ksenia and her friend Galina continues. According to the publication "KP-Ekaterinburg," the women lived in the Neftbaz area. On the evening of September 3, Galina and her 34-year-old partner invited a friend over. This ended in a terrible tragedy.
The group was relaxing in the yard of a private house when a conflict arose between Galina and the man, during which the mother of five children was stabbed in the throat, and the man then dealt with the owner of the property as well.
A 10-year-old daughter of Ksenia witnessed the murder.
— Ksenia left behind four children, and Galina has four boys and one girl. Everyone knew about Galina's partner, that he had mental issues. He was unemployed and drank a lot. He had a criminal record, — local residents told "KP-Ekaterinburg."
Afterward, the Ural resident tried to escape; he was detained at a production base on Matrosova Street. The murderer had previously served time for assault, theft, and unlawful possession of a vehicle. He was last released from prison in October 2021. However, he violated administrative supervision more than 30 times.
— When detained, police officers were forced to use service weapons — a warning shot in the air, as the individual did not respond to demands to stop attempting to flee, — clarified Valery Gorelykh, press secretary of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Sverdlovsk region.
The Investigative Committee has initiated a criminal case under the article "Murder of two persons." Soon, a preventive measure will be chosen for the accused, most likely he will be sent to a pre-trial detention center until the trial. The murderer faces a life sentence.
