Согласно данным «КП-Екатеринбург», после ареста супругов-опекунов в 2023 году квартира на первом этаже была передана банку из-за ипотеки. В этом году недвижимость была реализована новому владельцу.
«Теперь там живет молодой человек, он недавно купил эту квартиру. Неизвестно, в курсе ли он о том, кто жил там раньше», — сообщил источник «КП-Екатеринбург».
Вместе с Вероникой и ее супругом Александром Наумовым в квартире на Вторчермете проживали трое их родных детей и трое опекаемых. Маленького Далера (впоследствии убитого) и его старшую сестру пара взяла в конце 2019 года из детского дома, при этом оба биологических родителя мальчика живы.
Именно в этой квартире опекунша в начале декабря 2022 года расправилась с 5-летним мальчиком, сообщает агентство ЕАН. Ребенка похоронили на мусульманском кладбище в Горном Щите.
