At the same time, tickets for two cost almost 35,000 rubles for upper bunks.
— We can’t fly by plane for personal reasons. We've been using RZD for 11 years, but haven't experienced such conditions in a long time, and for that kind of money. The toilet operates on a schedule, there's no soap, we asked to refill it. No toilet paper bag, and everything is allowed to be flushed into the toilet. The display is covered with a cloth. When boarding, they didn’t even provide a staircase for the suitcase; we had to lift and carry it, — the passenger said.
Upon boarding, the temperature in the carriage was above 35°C.
RZD reported that the train carriage departed on a technically sound condition. Additionally, the 2U class service vehicle does not include a bio-toilet.
— In this carriage, the toilet is closed when passing through sanitary zones, whose schedule is posted on the toilet door. Information about the presence or absence of a bio-toilet in the carriage can be obtained at the time of ticket purchase. It is worth noting that about 90% of the FPK fleet cars are equipped with bio-toilets, — stated RZD.
Malfunctions in the display panel occurred during the journey and will be fixed upon the train’s arrival at the destination. All complaints about the lack of liquid soap and trash bags were promptly addressed by the train crew, added the press service.
Earlier, passengers on another train from Anapa to Yekaterinburg complained about unbearable heat.
