"Shuttered" kiosks in Yekaterinburg are starting to move into courtyards

In Yekaterinburg, non-stationary trading objects, or simply kiosks and trading pavilions, have found new locations — in courtyards of residential neighborhoods. This fact was brought to attention by the Telegram channel "Yekaterinburg. Main," which is close to the city administration.
"Noticed a mass migration of kiosks into courtyards? And it’s happening. We’ve compiled a photo collection (and not just us) showing unusual locations — on lawns, modestly shaded, trying to blend in as part of the building, and even in parking lots," the authors of "Yekaterinburg. Main" write.
If residents are only happy about the new neighbors with kiosks, the city hall advises to make sure that their owners are not “feeding” off the electricity from the house (“where else to power from in the yard?”) and that they have the right (license) to sell the products claimed (“there's a high chance of selling expired/poor-quality food”).
For those who strongly disagree with the appearance of illegal trading objects within walking distance and are ready to oppose it, the city hall suggests checking the kiosk’s coordinates against the NTO map and contacting the Department of Consumer Market and Services of the city hall at +7 (343) 304-33-55 or the administration of their district.
